Bruce Peninsula National Park

Bruce Peninsula National Park

This national park is hands-down one of the most beautiful places in Southern Ontario. The water here is so clear, it's basically crystal! The forests are vast and the hiking trails are full of wonderful sights. And after the Sun sets, the stars come out of hiding and dance all over the night sky!

We began our hike in the "Halfway Log Dump" trail and made our way towards the Grotto. This is almost an 8km hike and would take the average person about 2.5 hours to complete (round trip). But, let's be realistic. With photographing the gorgeous scenery along they way, a 3-4 hour hike is more reasonable.

We actually didn't make it to the Grotto because we arrived there a bit late in the day, and we had to make it back to our starting point before sunset. But, next time we'll be more prepared!
