Saguenay, Quebec

"Can we pleeeeease go on a road trip - make it long, I don't care. I want to see beauty, beauty and beauty!" I think those were the words that left my mouth before finalizing my first trip to Saguenay, Quebec... don't quote me though.
The road trip up to Saguenay is lined with beautiful landscapes and destinations (see the maps below to see my route). My first trip back in 2018, was during winter and it was awesome to say the least! Snow capped mountains and proper waterfalls - it was my first time seeing such things in Quebec!
This place as well as the places along the way were so beautiful that I had to return! And I did so in 2019, after my first year in university - my definition of a reward! The snow and freezing temperatures were replaced by luscious greenery and warm temperatures! The landscape was filled with life and as I've been saying, I was blown away!
Is there ever a bad time when you go on a road trip? From a solo perspective and as a part of Nordern Wanderers, I would highly recommend a trip up to Saguenay, Quebec for a once in a lifetime experience.
